It is hard to fathom what has taken place in the past few months of this year. In March, I was lead to speak on a particular famous song, "MAN IN THE MIRROR," recorded by Michael Jackson, and spoke very highly of the prolific meaning that it represents. Oddly enough, Mr. Jackson transitioned 3 months later, before having the opportunity to reach his 51st birthday, which would have been this month on the 29th.
So much has been said about this individual, both negative and positive, although he catapulted normal ranges with his personification of genius, generosity to the unfortunate, and only wanted to be loved in return. Real music does sooth the most ferocious beast, heals the wounded soul, and makes a sad mood glad. When it is all said and done, as we listen to the thoughts of people, we are reminded of biblical times, and how we as human beings should consider how we think or feel about others. Galatians 6:1 tells us:
"Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted."
When will we get the meaning that we are not perfect, but forgiven? If love covers a multitude of sins, when are we going to start living by what we know to be true? We are not aware of every little thing that we hear to be true, so can we start praying instead of criticizing something we know nothing about personally?
Time is winding up, so many people are leaving this world, ready or not. No one knows the day or the hour, but upon viewing everything that is going on, the appearance is being more evident of the ticking clock. Rules have been supplied for us to get along with everyone, while we are still in existence. Thessalonians 5:11-23 says it best:
"Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do!And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves!Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feeble-minded, support the weak, be patient toward all men!See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men!Rejoice evermore!Pray without ceasing!In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you!Quench not the Spirit!Despise not prophesyings!Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.!Abstain from all appearance of evil!
