HAPPY ANNIVERSARY OF BIRTH,
MICHAEL!
Today would have been Michael J. Jackson's 54th birthday!
You will always be undoubtedly missed, my friend, all over the world!
I love that we have such a treasure chest of his music, and whenever any of the songs are played, it reminds me of how incredibly gifted he was, and his legacy has undeniable life to it. Time spans as far back as 1963, when the stage became a second home to Michael, as well as his playground, whereas we had camaraderie with other kids, or teachers, and recess. However, he never disappointed his audience, from elementary school, to his recorded rehearsals of the 2009 docu-movie "THIS IS IT."
There are plans, in celebration of one of his beloved artistic projects, commemorating 25 years of Mr. Jackson's album "BAD." In addition, director Spike Lee has created an incredible documentary that will premiere at the International Film Festival, in Venice, Italy, on Friday, August 31, 2012, Amazingly enough, that particular date will mark exactly 25 years later since the album's initial release. I believe the film promises to be a truly momentous view, also scheduled to be televised Thanksgiving night. The work of art guarantees to include the tireless conception, music "short films," and Michael's first solo tour of the musical endeavor. Thank you, Mr. Lee, for your labor of love I'm sure you placed in this masterpiece! In spite of the negative comments that are still being made, the music, ingenuity, collaborations, along with the compassionate heart of Michael Jackson, will stand the test of time!
